The sale of sand blast nozzles hits 30000-60000.60%-80% nozzles among them exports to Europe, America, and Middle East.

High pressure water spray nozzles (tungsten carbide insert) with excellent spray effect and long life time. The sale of high pressure water spray nozzles reached 1500-2000 sets per year. Users widely spread all over the country. Most nozzles export to South East Asia.

On the other hand, the institute also pays more attention on the study and development of new materials, new methods, and new products. 10%-20% new products increases annually.

The turnover of all nozzles is RMB 3 million in 2006 with 50%-100% speed increase from year to year. It is expected to increase to RMB 5-6 million.
